Sending emails from my personal instance to my email

I am currently trying to test something within ServiceNow and need to be able to have emails activated within my instance, I have activated it in the config of my personal instance and said to send all emails to my email but none of them come through. It says on the screenshot below in the diagnostics that it is not functional so I was wondering what I need to do

@joshmorris , Believe servicenow have disabled sending/receiving emails To/From PDI post Utah release for certain security reasons !!
