We are facing an issue with the recently updated email templates.
The templates display correctly in the Comments section, but when they are used to generate email messages, the formatting is different from the original business-approved document.
We noticed the following differences:
- Line spacing (1.15) is not maintained.
- Paragraph spacing is different.
- Some emails include signatures/footers that are not in the original template.
- Spacing between sentences and sections is inconsistent.
- Overall, the generated email does not fully match the original template formatting.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a solution to maintain the original formatting when generating emails?
