Separate Formatting for Comment Templates and Email Templates

Hi everyone,

We are facing an issue with the recently updated email templates.

The templates display correctly in the Comments section, but when they are used to generate email messages, the formatting is different from the original business-approved document.

We noticed the following differences:

• Line spacing (1.15) is not maintained.
• Paragraph spacing is different.
• Some emails include signatures/footers that are not in the original template.
• Spacing between sentences and sections is inconsistent.
• Overall, the generated email does not fully match the original template formatting.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a solution to maintain the original formatting when generating emails?

Email formatting is a problematic nightmare for most. Depending on the email client, they may handle the rendering of the email different. 

For example, classic outlook doesn't render all html elements, so you need to use different methods. CSS often needs to be inline to apply. 

Tools exist for this, such as "email on acid" to help design emails that will render correctly across email clients
