Service now shows that people are viewing, when they no longer are, seeing the form. On incident,change, Task etc. And it stays there

form more than 5mins. We are using Australia version.

User presence shows that users are viewing a record sometimes after they have already left. The system only checks for user presence every two minutes by default. You can allow the system to check more frequently by configuring some system properties.

But after leaving the page for more than 4-5 mins..The presence is stiil there and when new user open the same form, the already present user on that form see the user initials after sometime. Earlier is was happening immediately
