I am working on a ServiceNow CSM mobile solution where mail agents scan barcodes at each stop during a route, and I need guidance on the best implementation approach.
🔹 Requirement
- One CSM case per route run
- Agent scans multiple barcodes in a single session
- Each scan should store:
- Barcode value
- Exact timestamp at the time of scanning
- Maintain a running list of scanned stops in the UI
- Allow user to:
- Delete incorrect scans
- Detect duplicate scans within session and show warning
- On submission:
- All stops should be stored
