can you please share details about "Siebel" table? Is it a custom table or different system?

Integrations are very specific - unidirectional, bidirectional, XML, JSON, retrieving/updating, ...

Please tell us what you have developed and we can help you to proceed if you got stuck but you cannot expect to get an integration details without any mapping or further details. You said "three specific fields" - are these strings, or what format?
