Hi,
  We have Custom Scope in ServiceNow Mobile App Builder. we have a screen where we want to default to a stock room from alm_stockroom table. But in the Mobile. App Builder -> My mobile scope -> Data -> my data item i am unable to see that table in the drop down. 
our https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-mobile/page/administer/tablet-mobile-ui/task/sg-allo... is also false. 

how can i see this table from the dropdown?

yeah that’s just scope stuff man

alm_stockroom is global, your app is scoped, so it won’t show up by default

just go to System Definition → Tables → alm_stockroom, scroll to Application Access, and tick “Accessible from other application scopes” (and maybe “can read”)

“Accessible from other application scopes”- is enabled for alm_stockroom. 
The other table that is visible from that screen - alm_user_stockroom looks similar in terms of permission from  System Definition → Tables -> alm_user_stockroom . That one i can see from the drop down.

i tried to replicate the issue on my PDI and it works fine
can you check the ACLs on your instance and confirm if your account has either the asset or itil_admin role?
