A personal ID will not work in this case. You need to link your ID with a company or client ID, after which it will be added to the Store for access.

Has it been mapped to your company access? In my previous account, I faced a similar issue. I reached out to my internal ServiceNow lead, who performed some configurations to add me to the portals (I’m not entirely sure about the specifics). After that, it worked for me. I recommend checking with your ServiceNow lead.
