I want to use the SharePoint Spoke to publish articles from one Knowledge Base to SharePoint. These articles sometimes have information in the body of the knowledge article (KA) and sometimes auto download the attachment for forms.
Will the ServiceNow SharePoint Spoke link to the ServiceNow KA number? I don't want to link to the SSID, to save time updating links elsewhere on our SharePoint site.
