Show/hide UX list in workspace

Want to display list on Workspace based on role. Created Audience record. But it is not working.

Could you test via impersonating user with that role. 

If still that is not working, will suggest you to log a case to your ServiceNow vendor , if it is not your PDI.

so user with that role is not able to see that list?

did you check that user has canvas_user role?

User with customer agent and manager will be able to see the list. Currently it is showing for all.

Are you checking with correct user who doesn't have both the roles?

if user has any 1 role then they will see the list.
