SNPI Story 3 : Task failed - Did you correctly add the HHD Users group with ITIL User as a member?

Why is this task failing ?
There is only ITIL user in the instance and still it is trying to ask to add ITIL User ?

How to fix this ?

Hi @Akhila1 

 

Role name should be HHD_admin not only admin or HHD.admin.
