i am practice the flow designer when i am create the flow but it cannot auto save i am also try to force save but it would't happen and show the error message but when i am reopen the flow its show this message
Some changes aren’t reflected in source control, yet.
Someone is still working on needit_ex Find overdue needit_ex task and their changes aren't reflected in source control, yet. You can go back to your application and wait until that user is done editing or proceed to view needit_ex Find overdue needit_ex task .

Also you can check this KB: KB0819846 Changes are present in the repository that must be applied before an export can be perform...
If you have multiple update sets in the application scope, try switching to a different one.
