This last excercise is a pain in the neck! Catalog builder set some fields at its own will 😅 You need to check to Maintain Items and from there make some editings. ( below a screenshot I found online)
And on the numbers of chair you need to change it to Type Single line text and then Validation Regex you put "number" in there.
Soooo annoying ahah I was going crazy!
