why it is showing in latest release, in before versions it is not showing

Even I noticed this, and there’s no clear reason I can point to for why this message is appearing.

It would be better to disregard it for now, update the plugin, and then try again. Also, please make sure that both the native and diagram builder are in same scope

It looks like in recent ServiceNow releases, application isolation and governance have been strengthened.

This warning message serves as a safeguard, helping ensure that any changes are captured in the correct update set.

 

It also reinforces application scope boundaries, preventing you from unintentionally modifying Global (or other scope) records while working within a custom application like Diagram Builder.
