Hi Team,

I have to add an UI action on incident form to create change request.

How can i add functionality to give control to the user to select which type of change they want to create like normal or emergency CR.

there are two different UI action

I want one button at top of incident form and give ability to user to select change type =-normal or emergency and change should be created accordingly

Hi @Nikita50

Don't create a custom UI and add technical debt to the system. It's all about educating the user and following the system's design. Therefore, I still recommend sticking as much as possible to OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) solutions.
