Unable to Add Field via Configure Form Layout

Hi All,

I’m trying to add a field to the Incident form, but I’m unable to do so through Configure Form Layout. I’ve already attempted the available options, but the field still doesn’t appear. Please see the screenshots below for reference, and kindly suggest how I can resolve this.

Hello @rajeevnethi ,

Can you please check is there any view rule is applied  and does you have admin role .

Also check this property :

glide.ui.list_mechanic.roles

@rajeevnethi

is this happening for all users i.e. admins and non-admins?

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Hi @rajeevnethi , Which field are you trying to add? is it OOB field?
Make sure the field is available to be added to the form, If not use form designer or UI builder to create a new field and add that to the form or you can also add if the field is available using form designer.

If this response helps you mark it as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up 👍. This help me and community to find answers quickly.
