Unable to Redirect to Supplier Site After Punchout Configuration

Hi Everyone,

I’m facing an issue while configuring Punchout (cXML) in ServiceNow and would appreciate your guidance.

We have completed the following steps:

  • Applied the Punchout credentials

  • Completed the Third-Party Registration

  • Used an existing supplier and configured Punchout using the provided credentials

  • Marked the supplier as Punchout

  • Enabled cXML Punchout

Currently, the supplier is visible in the Shopping Hub, but the Punchout redirection to the supplier site is not working.

Additionally, the supplier we originally created does not appear in the Shopping Hub, which is why we used an already existing supplier. Could you please advise if there are any additional steps or configurations required for:

  • Newly created suppliers to appear in the Shopping Hub, and

  • Punchout redirection to work correctly?

Please let us know if we are missing any required configuration steps for either the supplier setup or the Punchout integration.
