Unable to clone target

I cannot clone target and receiving the following error.

Which URL shall use as target URL?

I am using the one attached and received via email but getting an error

You can't clone (to/from) the lab instance, so none of the links will work.

How can I proceed then?
This is the instance I am using:

And this one is the only one I received via email:

 https://nowlearning-nlinst02576151-5agxv-consumer-0001.lab.service-now.com/

Which URL shall I use?

Otherwise I cannot continue with the Lab since they are based on the previous one and I need this instance cloned in order to proceed with the training.

To understand better, you are working in a lab, and the task is to clone. We specify the target instance to which we want to clone. You need to check the instructions to see what is mentioned as the target. I believe the second one is the target. Could you please share the instructions?

I need to clone in Clone Target (see attachment); if I add the following URL as instance URL, I am getting the following error in the attachments.

I am using both URLs I wrote above.
