I used both URLs and in both case, I received 2 different error messages. I would like to know how can I close an instance if the URL received via email with the credentials is not good to be cloned? thanks

After reviewing the screenshot:
- The HA plugin is missing in the target instance.
- So, log in to the target instance, refer to clone1.jpg, and install the HA plugin.
