Unable to clone target

I cannot clone target and receiving the following error.

Which URL shall use as target URL?

I am using the one attached and received via email but getting an error

I already tried the first link but is the same...I created a case....the strange thing is that the plugin is not there probably is not available but doesn't make sense since I am following the trainng and it seems that I need to install the plugin...thanks

If you completed more than 80%, then you can submit the labs, else need to wait for the Now learning team.
