Hello Community,
I am working on a ServiceNow Zurich instance and facing an issue while creating a scoped application using Studio.
Issue description
When I go to Studio → Create Application and select Scoped, the application creation fails with the following error:
Alert level: Critical
Unable to create this application. Go back to the create app experience and enter a different scope name.
Details: Failed to create templated object, this scope is already taken by another application.
What I have already tried
Changed the application name multiple times (using unique names)
Logged out and logged back in
Tried using Incognito / Private window
Ensured I am using an admin role
Verified that the application name does not already exist in System Applications
Despite all this, I continue to get the same error whenever I select Scoped.
I understand that in Zurich the scope is auto-generated from the application name and cannot be edited manually in Studio.
My questions: If we can not change the scope then how we can use the update set as it gets conflicted when we make changes
