Unable to create

I have tried creating a scoped application but after giving name & description , it is showing an error message instead.
Attaching snapshot so that you may know the exact error message.

Error Message :

Same issue here. 

I've tried KB0998906 but didn't work too.

I have this issues in two PDIs. Both of them are in Yokohama Patch 3.

Anyone has another idea?

Hi!

I also tested in PDIs running Xanadu patch 8 and Washington patch 10. It doesn't looks like a version problem. Apparently, it's a problem in PDIs. I suggest anyone is reading this thread try create some scoped app in your PDI and post your feedback.

Just doing an update... I tested here in my PDI and it's working to create new scoped applications. I didn't do anything to solve it. Probably it was some issue on ServiceNow's side but now it's solved. It wasn't necessary request new PDI.
