Unable to disable MFA completely — still prompted for MFA after disabling in UI

I’m trying to disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for our ServiceNow instance. I’ve already disabled MFA from the UI (Multi-Provider SSO / MFA settings), but users are still being prompted for MFA during login.

 

 

Can anyone help ?

Try clearing your browser cache and if that doesn't try clearing the ServiceNow cache by adding /cashe.do at the end of your instance URL. Note if this is a production instance you should wait until after hours to perform the cache.do.
