Unable to view complete choice inside variable in Portal view

For Example In my incident form there is a variable  "How Are You Affected"  It does not show the complete choice written there.

So, is the issue that it's showing twice (two times), or that it's showing in two lines?

The choice is more than what it shows in Service Portal however it is correct in Native view 

Can u send the native view screenshot?

You are probably adding the choices with some client script using g_form.addOptions() and its probably not working on portal.

 

Incase you are using client script check the UI type of client script, it should be All
