This is a very common issue that has been raised by several community members over the last 2–3 days. It seems to be either a data issue or an instance-related issue.
You can try again later, or once your instance is fully active. There's no direct fix for this at the moment — alternatively, you can log a Now Learning case with the support team for assistance.
