Hello Experts,

I have a voucher for CIS exam which is valid till june 2026. But it the voucher is from June 2025 which I did not user. Currently how can i schedule the exam using that voucher. which was for old system . Any idea.

the vouchers are not applicable anymore.

So you need to register (subject to payment) and then to schedule from the SN University.

How can I register for an exam?

There are three ways to register for an exam. If you have completed an Instructor-led training course with a corresponding certification, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for an exam. Alternatively, you can Log in to ServiceNow University, navigate to the My Exam page under My University Account, and your available exam will appear here. If you complete an on-demand course with a corresponding certification, the last module will provide instructions on how to register for the exam. By clicking View Exam, you can navigate to the exam registration page. Log in to ServiceNow University, click on Explore Catalog in the top right, navigate to Credential, and locate the exam you would like to take, OR navigate to Credential Program, and then Credential Paths, and locate the exam you would like to take. PS: you might be asked to pay for the registration, because the voucher just made you eligible to register but didnt' mean it was fore free. There is a big misunderstanding in the exam registration process.

Hi @nayandhamane 

As per new exam vendor the voucher concept is no longer valid, which means now to book exam you don't need voucher.

You need to book exam from peason website . Follow this link for more details

Kind of but you not need to pay any amount.
