Your app encountered an unexpected error while being created and can't be used. Contact your admin to get help deleting the app with sys_id: "7404a90bc354321068d8b132b40131b8" before you try creating it again. - How do I remove this error.

follow these steps:
>> Access the Application Record: Navigate to the sys_app table by entering sys_app.list in the application navigator....
>> Locate the Application: Use the search functionality to find the application with the sys_id 7404a90bc354321068d8b132b40131b8....
>> Delete the Application: Open the application record, and if you're in the appropriate scope, click the Delete UI action located in the header bar...
>> Confirm Deletion: A confirmation dialog will appear. Type delete to confirm and proceed with the deletion....
