Assignment group field is not present on cmdb_ci table. You can use any of these fields to map
Approval group, change group, managed by group, support group

Hi Riya,
Do you mean 'Change group'? There is no Assignment group field label exist in Configuration item. The 'Change group' field backend name called 'assignment_group'

assignment_group is field on task table and not on cmdb_ci
You are picking wrong field.
Please check with your customer which field on cmdb_ci should you pick which refers to group table

Hi @riya1814 ,
There is no Assignment group field in the cmdb_ci table, but it has support group field. There is one out of the box business rule "populate assignment group based on ci/so".It automatically populate the assignment group of the corresponding configuration item support group.If the ci doesn't has the support group,the assignment group will be populated based on the support group of the service offering.
