Hi @sai y1,

when you click the Refresh button, what happens then? Eventually, log out and log in..?

You wrote this on Friday, so it's been a while, have you accessed it already or the issue still ocurrs?

Hi @sai y1

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community last few days about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @sai y1 ,

You have  2 options-

1) Wait until it is back again as no-one can do anything if PDI is down (Reason may be Maintenance from ServiceNow, any data centre is down etc.)

2) Release this PDI and get a fresh one.

Regards,

Hi @sai y1 , PDIs going offline is unfortunately something that happens from time to time, and when it does, there's no direct way for us to restart them, the most reliable way to get a working instance again is to release this one and start fresh. I know it's a hard pill to swallow because you'll lose all the data and configurations you had there.

For next time, make it a habit to export your important Update Sets to your local machine every time you finish a significant piece of work or save it on github repo, It's the only real ways to safeguard your configs against a PDI outage.

If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.
