What role should an ESS (End user) should have ?

Hi Team,
Could anyone let me know what a basic standard end user should have a role ? These end users will be just needed to access ServiceNow to submit their tickets and track their tickets.
Please could you help me on this @Ankur Bawiskar

End user required no role, ootb he/she can access and submit request, incident and access kb.

Hi @Jay75 ,
By default user will be getting ESS Role (when we are not assigning role to user) which is a logical role and users will be able to access Service portal and ESS application and modules in Servicenow. ESS is not a physical role (You will not find it in servicenow).
