Need to know the steps to configure the SLA for some catalog items for the below scenario:

 

-If the Advance exchange or Request for replacement device is raised before 2 PM EST. The
device should be shipped on the same day.
-If the Advance exchange or Request for replacement device is raised after 2 PM EST. The
device should be shipped on the next business day.
