Earlier this week we asked how people first entered the ServiceNow ecosystem, and it was great to see a couple of community members share their paths.
@David Nottingha explained that his introduction to ServiceNow came through an organizational tool evaluation where Servicenow was ultimately adopted by David's company. As an IT Change Manager, the platform naturally became part of his day-to-day responsibilities. @suraj sengar shared how he transitioned from working with Cherwell to Servicenow, outlining some of the key differences between the platforms along with the challenges and strategies that helped him make the shift.
Yesterday's office hours reinforced a similar theme. While learning paths can provide useful structure, careers in the ecosystem rarely follow a single predefined route. Many practitioners find their direction gradually as they gain experience, explore different areas of the platform, and discover where their skills fit best.
