Ashish is an experienced IT professional with over two decades in the industry, including nine years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform. His journey with ServiceNow began during the Fuji release, with Kingston marking his first upgrade—and it has been a continuous path of growth ever since. His core competencies lie in leveraging the platform’s capabilities, particularly across ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.

Currently, Ashish serves in a dual capacity as a consultant and architect, delivering both development and BAU support projects to clients. He strongly values a philosophy of continuous learning, exploration, delivery, and knowledge sharing. Participating in Knowledge 2025 was a truly enriching experience for him. He is presently based at HCLTech’s Raleigh, NC office.

Isela.JPG.pngTransitioning from non-technical roles, Isela has excelled as a ServiceNow developer for 8 years, blending soft skills with strong technical acumen. Holding a Master’s in Information Systems, she leads efficient transformations across departments in the higher education space. Her dedication as a student advocate fuels her drive to create impactful processes. Committed to paying it forward and sharing knowledge, Isela is passionate about engaging with the ServiceNow community—an effort recognized with Rising Star awards in 2023 and 2024, and MVP in 2025.

Beyond her professional life, Isela is a proud mother of three and lives in a tiny valley in northern Utah surrounded by mountains. A lifelong runner, she has completed 35 marathons, with the marathon distance remaining her favorite. She loves animals and enjoys spoiling her children’s pets: three dogs (Archer, Peaches, and Willow) and two cats (Cage and Cassian). In her spare time, she can often be found knitting or getting lost in a good fantasy world-building book.

Paul.pngPaul Pradap Chandru is a Senior Platform Architect working for Tata Consulting Services and based out of Illinois. He is a three-time Servicenow MVP and AI enthusiast with 18 years of IT experience, specializing in AI-driven enterprise solutions and platform innovation.
As a trusted advisor, Paul architects and delivers impactful solutions across IT Service Management , HR, FSM, and Vulnerability Management, as well as building solutions using AI agents to drive efficiency, enhance user experience, and delivering tangible business results and measurable value.

Selva is currently working as a ServiceNow Developer at UMass Memorial Health, primarily focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). She is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and truly enjoys everything about it — from building innovative solutions to solving real-world challenges.

In recognition of her work, Selva was honored as a ServiceNow Rising Star in 2024. She has also had the privilege of speaking at both ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 and the ServiceNow World Forum in New York, where she shared her experiences and insights with the broader ServiceNow community.
