So it feels like I fell into the mirror and found exactly where I belonged, I have felt super lost through out my early life but my friend recommended me try service now next gen and honestly i think about I can suddenly relate to other people and they support my creative endeavors with programming (artist on the try) and it is neat to finally find other skills to add to my development and the skills. Learning everything I can will be the way to finish line. I want to see everyone who misjudge my path. I will get there. Its an ever fleeting motivation love- I have good and bad days on the bad days I stare at the app and ask it what it wants on the good days I run this kitchen. ❤️ good luck.
Always open to new communication.

Hi @Liana
Aspiring to become an MVP or Rising Star motivates me daily to engage with the community and learn new things.

My motivation is self-improvement and curiosity. I have some de-motivators though:
- Losing records of my prior achievements (happened when I switched Partners.)
- Not able to skip or test out of material I know.
- Because of the above, I have to complete all the Path leading up to the module I want.
I would love to see NowLearning do the following:
- Invest in the Partner Transfer workflow using all the best practices we recommend to customers.
- The workflow should handle the to-and-fro between ServiceNow, Kryterion, Bookshelf, etc.
- All certifications, competed courses, and partially completed courses should transfer.
- If something goes wrong, don't tell me to submit tickets or phone or email several different organizations. I am not interested in the internal workings of the organization. I just want it to work.
- Provide a "Test Out," or, "I Know This!" option for every module.
- Ask all the questions that are presented in the entire module.
- Accept 80% as passing.
- If you insist on a higher score, weight the questions.
- Cater to Old Farts (PC alternative: Accommodate alternative learning and interaction styles)
- Never present a video without allowing me to choose a transcript instead.
- Don't make me play the entire video at 1x speed if I viewed the transcript instead.
- If you insist on presenting a video, always allow me to view at up to 3x playback speed. (When I do watch videos, I want them to keep up with my brain.)
- Maybe provide a, "Skip the Fluff" option that lops off the intro and the trailer. They get old fast.
- Improve your course completion metrics.
- I use hotkeys and avoid mouse, touchpad, or touchscreen because of essential tremor (and a hefty aversion to smudges on my screen.)
- We have had the technology since the '90s to detect when a browser pop-up window closes.
- Don't insist on pushing an extra Exit button.
- When I hit Alt-F4, I am exiting. Trust me.
