Can we consider giving people learning credits for completing courses and labs? I believe this will provide a sense of perks and benefits, motivating people to further their education. They can then use their hard-earned learning credits to access paid courses.

Increase the exam voucher expiration limit.

Seemless acount porting as self-service from personal to employer and vice versa.

Try to provide single profile for individuals as perosnal account but add additional feature to add employer option so that users can use the same profile for learning credit and exam and empoyer can get the count of those users & certification. We should think a solution to avoid so much additional work in employer change cases.

I agree with the suggestion to provide a single profile for individuals and allow us to associate to an employer.  It's never a smooth process switching everything around. .

Going through videos in trainings was always painful for me and it's not because the content was bad or in low quality. I can't count how many times I had an issue with platform not accepting the fact that I watched the entire video. Sometimes watching the last 30 seconds or so would do the job, but in most cases I had to rewatch it for 3-4 times before it was accepted as 'Completed'. I did raise a case eventually but my enthusiasm was already lost at this point. Apart from these issues I recall them positively.

I would be pleased to see more ADHD-friendly stuff like bionic reading for example. I'm also really happy with the training format in which you have a short knowledge check at the end of each section that does not affect the progress. It really helps a lot.
