Is it possible to limit the size(200kb) of background banner upload for user in employee profile page. As by default the system is allowing  upto 10 mb.

This is a default view, If you optin the employee profile by navigating to Employee profile->setup , then it will show in employee profile view as above.

The image would eventually fall on the records attachment show below :

Here you can have a rule set if file is over 200kb in size you need to delete the attachment and show a error message.
