We are in the process of setting up characteristics, service specifications, product specifications, and product offerings, but there are various restrictions.
・For example, if I want to edit a service specification, I have to “create new version” and then re-create the related product specification and product offering. After that, the relationship is reworked.
・Once created, project offerings and specifications cannot be deleted (unused data will remain).
・Once the characteristics are set in the product offerings and project specifications, they cannot be deleted or edited (unused data will remain).
I am not the administrator of the entire ServiceNow within my company, so I would be happy to have the authority to create, edit, and delete the above product catalogs.
I would like to know what roles are needed for these and how to set them up.

The "sn_prd_pm.product_catalog_admin" role is what you need to edit PO/PS/SS/RS and characteristics.
However, deletion is not possible without platform admin authority.
