demo data about attribute propagation in SOM

In the Order Management Fundamentals (Washington) course's Attribute Propagation class, I can't find the demo file motioned in the demo video. 

I also can't explore them from the demo instance because the instance even haven't the SOM relative plugin. The files named as Firewall_sn_ind_tmt_orm_attribute_mapping.xml and SD_WAN_sn_ind_tmt_orm_attribute_mapping.xml. How can I find them.

Hi there,

 

If you have already checked the "Resources" tab or the "Download Course Files" link in the Introduction module and the files are still missing, this indicates a content or instance provisioning issue on the learning platform.

Since this is specific to the Now Learning environment and your lab instance seems to be missing the required plugins, the community cannot fix this directly. You should open a support case with the training team.

 

How to open a case:

  1. Log in to Now Learning.

  2. Click on Help Center (usually located in the footer or under the generic Help menu).

  3. Click on Create a Case.

  4. Select the category related to "Course Content" or "Lab Instance".

  5. In the description, paste exactly what you wrote here: that the Order Management Fundamentals course references missing XML files (Firewall_sn_ind_tmt_orm...) and that your provisioned instance lacks the required TMT/SOM plugins.

 

The support team can usually reset your instance or provide the missing files directly.
