Product Catalog is not populating in the Product Configurator UI at Opportunity/Quote screens

Hello All,

I created and Published a Product Offering Catalog called "Connected Car Services", but it is not populating in the Product Configurator UI at Opportunity/Quote screens even though I have installed the following plugins:
1. Product Catalog Management

2. Order Management

3. Opportunity Management

4. Quote Management

5. Product Configurator

 

Any insight into this problem would be extremely helpful

I think it seems not to be the issue regarding plugin.

Do you try "Regenerate Catalog Hierarchy Cache" already?

As the following document explains, you need to update a cache when you make a change for catalog especially unit of measure.

Do you have any categories with product offerings associated to them for this catalog? The catalog (or a category/sub-category) will not display if it is empty (i.e. does not have any product offerings).

Are all categories set in the product catalog "Connected Car Servicesand the product offerings set in the categories both published?
