Man, I'm more stoked than I imagined after exploring NonMonetary Benefit plans in the ServiceNow Rome release. Now we can finally measure and manage benefits like... % of compliance Vulnerabilities closed CSAT score adjustment etc. There are so many benefits of projects that aren't necessarily monetary... and furthermore, since they can be linked you can get a better idea of the *actual* benefits that a financial benefit may be modelling. Managing schedule, cost, scope, resources is a given, but this significantly empowers organizations to track positive progress: What did this project promise us, and how close are we to achieving those promises?
