Adding columns in the Financials tab of the Strategic Planning Workspace

Hi.  How would I go about bringing additional data points into the left-hand section of the Financials tab on the Strategic Planning Workspace?  I've got a customer that would like to see the Investment Type on the left pane, with the Rank and Planning State.

I wasn't able to work out which data records are providing the information that's there today - it doesn't seem to be the native cost plan or cp breakdown record, and I couldn't see the information in the planning item record, although the financials tab has values - I was wondering if there was a more comprehensive JSON of data, or a new record somewhere that holds this.  I don't have a problem adding extra logic or mapping rules to keep the value in synch.

Any thoughts?

Follow the below steps to add fields to left pane in the Financials tab:

1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Tables.
2. Filter the Label field to locate and open the Cost Plan table.
3. Select the Show List related link.
4. Select the financials view by navigating to List controls > View > Financials View.
5. Select the header options to configure the List Layout.
6. Add or remove the fields in the Selected column to customize the left pane view in the Financials view.
7. Select Save.
