Adding PPM on top of Agile 2.0

Currently using Agile 2.0 for epics/stories and tracking time on all activities with the time_worked field. We're now planning to get SPM and would appreciate advice on how to integrate our existing operations into the SPM structure with minimal disruption for our users. Some specific questions include:

1. What's the easiest way to allow teams to track their operational and project work in one place? Do we need to start using Unified Backlog for this?

2. Some teams have been using Epics to track their current projects. Now they'll have PPM available, so what's the best way to transition to PPM?
