Agile 2.0 Sprint Dashboard is not showing any data

Hi Team,

Need help.

In the Agile 2.0 Sprint dashboard the widgets Sprint Burnup and Sprint Burndown not showing any data as attached below. Could you please help me resolve this issue.

As per the article checked below points please refer 

1. Scheduled job “[Scrum] Daily Data Collection” is not active/not run Ans. Active true only 
2. Planned /Actual start dates (as applicable, ref. below table) are empty.Ans. Planned /Actual start dates for sprint not empty 
3. Planned /Actual start dates are future dates (whose data is not collected yet).Ans. checked all dates are past one only

In this regard request you to Please guide me what could be the cause of this issue. Thanks

Can you tell me what have you done to fix this issue. I am also facing the same issue.
