We have varying agile processes across our technology organization where some use SAFe and others use scrum or Kanban.
As we have initially implemented SPM, we were told by an implementation partner that it is not advisable to implement both Agile Development 2.0 and SAFE applications in SN. We have installed, configured and customized Agile Development 2.0 to incorporate SAFe-like functionality and are re-thinking our work management strategy.
We would like to understand if there are issues with trying to manage both agile applications in SN or, if we need to choose one over the other, how other organizations have been able to successfully implement one solution to accommodate varying agile practices.
