Agile development - getting started.

Hi,

We have ITBM and would like to start using Agile Development or SAFe for product delivery and management, we would like to remain OOTB as much as possible and start in very simple way.   We are already using Demand.

Does anyone have a simple process they can share or advice for how to get started?
