Alignment Planner Workspace (APW) not loading on Normal Window but working in Incognito Mode

Hi All,

Anyone has came across a situation where the Alignment Planner Workspace (APW) is not loading the Roadmap Planning Items (keep on rendering and makes instance non responsive) in Normal Window but working in the Incognito Window.

We have tried clearing the cache of both the browsers (Chrome and Edge) but no luck.

1. Opened Incognito Window in Chrome and APW worked without issue
2. Opened InPrivate Window in Edge and APW worked without issue.
3. Cleared cache on both browsers
4. Opened regular tab in Chrome and APW did not display properly (its keep on rendering and makes the instance non responsive)
5. Opened regular tab in Edge and APW did not display properly (its keep on rendering and makes the instance non responsive)

We had already checked this and this was not the issue.

With the Help of ServiceNow Team we identified one of our browser extension was causing the issue.

In the Incognito Mode though there was extension missing and that was the reason  why it loaded up in Incognito Mode.
Also in Firefox Browser it loaded successfully without any extensions.

So finally this was totally an Browser issue.
