Audit log for Reports

When creating a report, is there anyway you can see or be notified that someone has made a modification to that report... . So if I have a team of people who can use / edit that report within our group... is there anyway you can see the change log / history of the changes ?   Or be notified when a report has been updated ?

Under the Reports module is an Administration section.   If you select All, you can see the reports as records in a database, instead of the full report builder UI.   From that form you can add the "Versions" related list, which gives you access to reports as they were in the past.

I cannot find Versions in the list to select

On the form right click -> personlize related list, not form.
