We have a requirement in which our Azure DevOps is supposed to be linked to our Service Portfolio Management. We have been using Service Portfolio Management for quite some time while using Azure DevOps but those processes were running in parallel because our integration had not been developed. As a test, we tried to use the Azure Integration with the out-of-box tables provided however the feedback we got was that these tables are insufficient for our needs given that we put a lot of development into our Project portfolio.
The idea that we have is that we wish to include our Features as our projects while having our stories as our Project Tasks. We may have sub-features that will work as sub-projects while our stories would be converted to Project Tasks with the Projects as their parents. Unfortunately, while we were able to import the Stories, Epics, and Features into Project Tasks and Projects, we were unable to link these projects and the project tasks together.
Is there a link functionality that works with the integration?

What I am looking for is whether there is some sort of configuration where the links between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow can be set up.
It almost sounds like you're believing that any link to Service Portfolio Management may need to be set up via flow or business rules.
