Bridging the Gap Between Smartsheet and ServiceNow SPM

Many teams use Smartsheet for project planning and ServiceNow SPM for operational execution, demand management, project records, tasks, status reporting, and governance.

The challenge is that when these systems are not connected, teams often spend time manually updating both platforms. That can lead to inconsistent statuses, limited visibility, duplicate effort, and different teams working from different versions of the truth.

 

At Work4Flow, we are exploring this challenge through a bi-directional integration. The goal is to help teams synchronize project and operational information across both platforms, including demands, projects, project tasks, status reports, and RIDAC items.
