Can I copy Cost Plans?

In our holding, we have a situation where the same cost is allocated to different companies. We replicate the cost plan and modify only a custom field created for the company and the cost value.

Is there the possibility of "Copying" the cost plan and edit just the needed fields before submitting it? In our ITSM module we can do it for requests. This feature would save us lots of repetitive work.

Hi @basoa have you tried using Insert and Insert and Stay actions? They create copies of the Cost Plans you're currently on, however what you need to bear in mind is that by using these, the system will create these plans, so you won't have the chance to submit the record as such, but you will be able to apply the changes you want afterwards.

You can find these in the Form context menu (burger icon next to cost plan name, on the left hand side).

If you find yourself having a pattern, you could also consider using the Templates feature which should be available to every form.

Thank you for your answer. I am not able to find the Insert and Insert and Stay actions. Do you mean in this hamburguer? If these actions will replicate the cost plan and afterwards I only need to edit it, it would help me a lot.
