Hi Community,
I'm wondering if it's possible to start creating projects in the Project Workspace, and then later use those same projects in the Strategic Planning Workspace Planning Roadmap?
From what I understand:
- Projects created in Project Workspace are stored in the pm_projects table.
- Projects created in Strategic Planning Workspace are stored in the sn_align_core_project table.
I was under the impression that it should be possible to combine or align these projects within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) overview. All the way from from strategy and roadmaps, down to demands, projects, and eventually to stories.
However, we currently only have the SPM Standard license, and I’ve read that the Roadmap functionality in Strategic Planning requires the SPM Professional license.
Thanks in advance!

You need to configure the internal integration (go to 'strategic planning -> integrations -> ServiceNow internal).
If you click the 'Generate default [...]' link, it will create table maps for epics, ideas, demands, projects and project tasks. You can then use these in the planning.

Thanks! @Mark Manders
After I created the table maps, I had to change the approved start/end date of the project to make it visible in the Portfolio Prioritization list. The start/end date needed to be within the Portfolio start/end date. When changing planning state to "Prioritized" it also got visible in the Roadmap.
